Effective date: 2026-07-27 Tempogarden and its affiliates (we'll call ourselves "Company", "us", "our" or "we") take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we store and use it, and how we manage it all. We're talking about data from our websites and the Tempogarden app on iOS and Android (together, that's the "Service"). Just so you know upfront: we're not responsible for what third parties do with their own websites, how they handle your info, or what they're selling. If you see links to outside sites, that doesn't mean we're endorsing or partnering with them. By using the Service, you're agreeing to this Policy and how we handle your data, including anything personal. If that doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the Service.
Information Collection and Use
We collect information to run the Service, make it better, and do some internal research and analytics work.
Website Browsing
When you visit, we automatically log your operating system, IP address, when you showed up, what browser you're using and what language it's set to, and where you came from before landing on our site. We use all that to keep tabs on how people are actually using the Service and spot any patterns.
Forums
If we let you post to message boards, chat rooms, forums tied to Tempogarden, or our social media pages (we call these "Forums"), know that anyone can read what you write. Your username and profile show up to everyone using that Forum—there's no privacy there. We can't promise that publicly shared stuff stays secure, so you're posting at your own risk. We don't keep a close eye on Forums, and honestly we can't guarantee everything posted there is accurate or still available. That said, we do reserve the right to delete content and block access if needed.
iOS and Android Platforms
On mobile, we may collect some anonymous stats like what kind of device you're on, which OS version, and download numbers by region. It's all aggregated and not tied to any one person. That helps us figure out where to focus our improvements and bug fixes. We don't store your location, photos, or anything else you enter while playing the game.
Social Media Integration
When you connect or share through social platforms in our service, we're not grabbing your login info or anything else from your social account.
Customer Support
If you reach out to support, we'll collect your email address and might use it to get back to you about what you experienced, plus we might send along news or promotional stuff.
Third Party Services
We use third-party tracking tools like Google Analytics and Flurry to help understand what's happening with the Service. These companies use cookies, APIs, and SDKs to gather and analyze user data on our behalf. They can see device identifiers, MAC addresses, IMEI, locale, geo-location, and IP addresses. Advertisements
You might see Tempogarden ads in other places. Once you install the game, you're a Service user. To track whether those ads worked, we might share a device identifier with the advertiser.
Disclosure of Your Information
We don't share your personal information unless you say we can or unless we're required to in the situations below. We work with third parties to handle things like data analysis. Those service providers may see your personal information. If the law requires it, or if we need to follow legal obligations, enforce what's ours to enforce, or keep users and others safe, we might release information. We do share aggregate or anonymous information with advertisers, partners, and other third parties.
Changes to the Policy
We can change this Policy whenever we need to. When we post changes here, they go into effect right away. Keep checking back to see what we're doing with your information.
Security
We do what we reasonably can to keep your information safe from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or being altered. That said, we run secure systems but we can't promise total security while data's in transit or sitting in storage. We can't guarantee our security stops third parties from getting in. And we're not claiming your information won't be lost, misused, or changed by someone else.
Opting Out of Marketing
If you get promotional emails from us and don't want them anymore, just follow the unsubscribe instructions in the message.
